The design of the ELMED BIPOLAR FORCEPS FOR TUBAL COAGULATION is based on over fifteen years of experience in manufacturing and service of bipolar laparoscopic instrumentation.

All bipolar forceps are available in a 44 cm length for single puncture technique, and a 30 cm length for multipuncture technique. The ELMED BIPOLAR FORCEPS incorporate a user friendly design. They can easily be dismantled for fast and simple cleaning and all parts can be autoclaved. Different styles of jaws are available and can be interchanged among the different types of forceps.

Precise grasping and holding without axial movement is a unique feature of our "TYPE II" forceps. This design gives the surgeon the much needed control while performing "Video Surgery".

The ELMED BIPOLAR FORCEPS are available with either a SPRING HANDLE or a SLIDE HANDLE. We also offer a number of forceps with a built-in irrigation channel, which prevents the jaws from sticking to the tissue during coagulation. The irrigation is controlled by a trumpet valve, which is located in the handle.
